They listen, ask questions, and get details. They use their experience and knowledge of our facility to plan your projects for optimum results. Our Sales Support staff acts as the liaison between the plant and the sales staff. They are responsible for your project through its completion. They can answer questions that may arise if your salesperson is not available. They keep in constant touch with your project. Our Estimating staff offers prompt, accurate estimates. Each estimate must be carefully planned as though it were an actual project. Consistency is maintained by standards pre-arranged on our PSI Computer System. |

DIGITAL PRESS. Recently we installed a digital press department at Superior. This department allows for Superior to produce short run color jobs quickly and competitively for our clients. And the Superior difference here is that our attention to detail is still the very best. Nothing short of awesome! Superior Colour Graphics offers one to 6 color sheet-fed printing. Our Heidelberg 6, 4, 2 color computerized presses are the industry’s finest. FULFILLMENT. Superior has a complete fulfillment department. Many customers don’t have the warehouse space to store space eating printing projects. Superior warehouses for many customers in the Midwest Region. Additionally we pick/pack/ship on a daily basis for those same customers from storefront sites that make it easy! SHIPPING. At the final stage of every project are the people in our shipping department. This might be one of the most important pieces to the puzzle. Its imperative that each end customer get what they want when they want it. Superior has its own set of trucks and we use a multitude of transportation companies to make it happen. |
