CUSTOMER SERVICE. Excellent customer service is the key to the success of the organization! It is truly a high priority at Superior. Our sales people are graphic professionals. They listen, ask questions, and get details. They use their experience and knowledge of our facility to plan your projects for optimum results. Our Sales Support staff acts as the liaison between the plant and the sales staff. They are responsible for your project through its completion. They can answer questions that may arise if your salesperson is not available. They keep in constant touch with your project. Our Estimating staff offers prompt, accurate estimates. Each estimate must be carefully planned as though it were an actual project. Consistency is maintained by standards pre-arranged on our Hagen Computer System. |

PRE-PRESS. The traditional pre-press department at Superior Colour Graphics is second to none! Prepress is what sets Superior Colour Graphics ahead of its competition. We have recently installed CTP (computer to plate) technology which decreases cycle times and brings up quality to yet another level or two. Superior Colour Graphics people are what make a difference in the prepress department. We employ prepress people who are at the top of their respective fields. If you can't get it right in prepress the project will never be right! Many of our competitors skimp in the prepress area. Our prepress facility is in the 2nd floor of our facility and uses 8,000 square feet or our building. We call it the "Penthouse" and for good reason. PRESS. Nothing short of awesome! Superior Colour Graphics offers one to seven color sheet-fed printing. Our Komori 7, 6, and 2 color computerized presses are the industry’s best. Our pressroom is a virtual Komori showroom and is used frequently for demonstration to possible Komori customers. In addition we offer in-line aqueous coating and waterless printing. Both of which allow our customers many new and interesting options. Our press professionals are some of the industry’s best. They produce premium quality projects on a daily basis. in addition, we make it easy for you to approve your job on press. We feel it is an important step toward making sure the job looks its very best. |

LETTERPRESS. The heritage of the letterpress lives on! In this department, skilled craftsmen use old-world techniques to produce nothing less than art! Beautiful embossed and foil-stamp impressions are created and precision die-cutting performed. The results are truly spectacular! |

BINDERY. The bindery department at Superior Colour Graphics insures the proper finish to a job that has been well produced. Here, as in each of the preceding stages, our people believe in doing it right – the first time – every time.
